In its 10th edition, Staffing Industry Analysts releases this list each year that “honors a notable selection of female executives whose vision, achievements and leadership are elevating and transforming a global industry.”
Michele Bielman is a long-standing executive in Matlen Silver, rising through the ranks from recruiter to Senior Vice President for Regional Sales and Operations and eventually managing the daily operations and firm administration as COO. In 2024, Beilman was named as CEO of the organization and has continued to propel the firm forward, achieving its highest recorded revenue and profitability while simultaneously launching several new brand programs and being named as preferred staffing supplier for industry-leading MSPs.
