The IT staffing and technology solutions firm announces long-time Matlen Silver executive Michele Beilman will be stepping into the COO role
October 12, 2022 – Matlen Silver is pleased to announce the promotion of Michele Beilman to Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. In this role, Michele Beilman will be overseeing daily operations and administration for Matlen’s national footprint, while developing and implementing strategies and procedures for continued organizational growth.
As an executive on the leadership team, who rose through the ranks from an accomplished recruiter to Senior Vice President for Regional Sales and Operations, Michele Beilman has been instrumental to the growth and success of Matlen Silver for nearly a decade.
