Job Title: Access Management Senior Solutions Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: 100% Remote in the US
Required Pay Scale: $85.00 - 90.00/hr

Access Management Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management solutions using Ping One, Ping Davinci, Ping Access and integrating with Azure AD, Okta, Radiant logic and other technologies. The ideal candidate will also have automation experience and be able to streamline and automate identity management processes. They will be expected to help lead and implement a full ping migration effort as a subject matter expert and should have relevant experience implementing Ping Identity at scale.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years of experience as a technology Lead of IDP and IAM related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
• In-depth knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM, e-directory and other relevant technologies.
• Strong background in Ping One and experience with Ping DaVinci
• Experience with automation tools and technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security standards and policies such as SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Ping, and Azure certifications preferred
• ISC2, GIAC or other industry certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement and maintain identity and access management solutions using Ping One, Ping Davinci, Ping Access with: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Header-based authentication, experience migrating off of CA SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM, e-directory, and other relevant technologies.
• Lead accelerated access management, identity provider and IAM related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of IDP and IAM projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new IDP and IAM technologies and solutions that will help meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry security standards and policies.
• Implement automation to streamline and improve identity management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues
