Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive strategic business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Standups (DSU), grooming, and release planning sessions, ensuring accountability among team members.
- Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into well-defined user stories.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and thorough testing.
Primary Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL, with expert-level experience in Tableau.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
