Job Title: Feature Lead (.NET)
Duration: 18 months
Location:(JAX, CLT, DE, DAL)
Required Pay Scale:70-72
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
All base funded work so not really project focused. This team supports the Credit Lending application
-Responsible for working with developers and providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to the team as they deliver technical solutions.
-Develop solutions and process for delivering features based on design/architectural patters and Agile/Devops best practices
-Ensure the system design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that the team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.
-Feature Lead on the team; be the right hand man
More than just a .NET Developer role, need to want to aspire to be a solutions architect and move up into that type of role
-Heavily involved in PI planning / solution design planning
-Experience with process flows, sequence flows/diagrams
-having mind set based on simplicity and reuse of technology
-work with stakeholders; good comm skills
-understand development lifecycle to make sure designs are practical
-can read code or write code in various .NET languages
-apply enterprise standards for code quality
-C#, .net Core applications experience
-SQL skills- stored procedures
-own project start to finish- work with devs, testers, product owner to see project through
