Job Title: HR Generalist
Duration: 12+ month contract
Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
Required Pay Scale: $50-54 an hr w2

The HR Generalist will provide support. This role is responsible for direct candidate sourcing, phone screening & interviewing, candidate communication and viability assessment.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is required plus 3-5 years direct recruiting and candidate sourcing experience for manufacturing candidates is required or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point) Experience working with a represented workforce is preferred.
- Must have exceptional candidate sourcing skills in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Workday/HiNext & Kronos experience Strongly preferred.
