Job description:
The core responsibilities of this position include:
• Manage the overall team budget, including submitting invoices, tracking and reconciling departmental expenditures and budgets
• Maintain updates in Marketing Project Management software
• Work closely with the BU Marketing Team to forecast marketing spend and measure marketing's impact on sales
• Provide general administrative support with the creation of analytics, forecast reports, financial tracking and monthly presentations
Required Skills:
Expert level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Someone who comes from an accounting/finance background seems to thrive in this role.
A go-getter sttitude & willing to learn and can work in a team environment.
This person will run a lot numbers and data that will require being analyzed for the marketing team. They are the translators between the accounting team to marketing team based on the data analysis.
