Job Title: L2 Production and Technical Support
Duration: 12 months
Location: Charlotte
Required Pay Scale: 60-67/hr.

Job Summary:
prior developer turned production support with at least 5 years in IT
needs to have background in dev or support of RDBMS like Oracle, SQL, be good in UNIX/ Linux OS, do basic commands like performance tuning and configurations
We have a regulatory reporting platform consisting of 24 applications across US, EMEA, LATAM and Canada. In addition to it, we have new AIT getting created for Broker Dealer component of US Regulatory Reporting business needs require support 12x5 to handle application issues during week days and to be on call during the weekend to assist with submission cycles, releases and patching. Apart from that, there is an ongoing significant increase in overall volume of regulatory changes driven by greater number of Authorized Data sources and reports on boarded to CRR applications. We need a dedicated team member in house to meet the demands of these growing applications. This person will continue to build the application expertise in house and help with application support, business continuity, problem and incident management, and manage customer service relationships. The candidate will be our SME for these applications, and has the knowledge required to provide the support we need. If we do not have enough coverage , we will have a gap in continuity of support for all applications that are getting onboarded to Reg Reporting. This would be a risk considering the importance of the regulatory reporting applications.
