Job Title: Learning & Development Instructor
Duration: 3 plus months
Location:The majority of events will be in Renton WA or Everett WA, the rest will be split
between Seattle, Auburn, and Frederickson. Subject to change.
Required Pay Scale: Max pay rate: $30.00 - $32.00

Training Instructor
Description:
Will need to be trained to be a SME. The most successful candidates are extremely adaptable and independent. Teaching and mechanical background are big plus but not required. Most of the material that instructors will have to instruct and convey will be Factory instructions, with a very efficient factory system. Will receive a 5 step training upon being hired. Ex-Military thrive in this job!
- Lots of travel involved driving to different locations, but mileage is all expensed.
- Initial training in classroom environment/and lab.
- Independent worker
- Someone with Teaching/training or public speaking background would be great
- Mechanical background-huge plus
Responsibilities:
- Representing as the first point of contact for the students in electronic testing sessions.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to client requirements and requests for assistance.
- Maintaining assigned testing area’s schedules, equipment, communications and risks/constraints.
- Monitoring testing area by checking-in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks and post-session room cleanup.
- Providing status updates to the Delivery Services Manager weekly, or more frequently, if necessary.
- Escalating any issues to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely manner.
- Staying abreast of content requirements in the agreed subject matter areas.
- Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
All Instructors will participate in a 5 step training program:
1) sit through what the students sit through
2) observe from an instructor standpoint
3) co-teah
4) iron out kinks
5) certification process
