Absolute Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in information technology, data or computer sciences, related field or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work on simultaneous projects, using project management principles, practices and skills to identify, track and estimate duration of project tasks
• Robust working knowledge of learning management systems and virtual learning technologies, and their principles of operation (Docebo, Adobe Connect, Zoom experience preferred)
Coding skills for this role: HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Management/scheduling of virtual learning sessions
Troubleshooting issues with virtual learning sessions
Familiarity with Zoom, Adobe Connect
Job Description:
Role Overview -
• Manage, configure and maintain eLearning and virtual learning technologies using advanced technical knowledge of back end processes, API’s, and systems integrations
• Independently research learning trends and recommend and advocate for improvements in the existing platforms and emerging technologies
• Play a key role in collecting and interpreting learning data using sophisticated tools to recommend updates and enhancements
• Monitor team processes, recommend, and implement best practices to automate or streamline workflows and foster efficiency
• Independently manage and administer virtual classroom platform and vendor relationships.
• Research and recommend virtual classroom implementation best practices and develop and document support procedures
• Manage virtual classroom calendar and scheduling working with internal facilitators and managers
• Research and help create system technical requirements and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technology to orchestrate systems maintenance and upgrades
• Provide eLearning and virtual learning support to different segments of agents as well as Development Manager population
• Monitor performance of virtual classrooms, report on learning activity and analyze feedback to make recommendations for improvements
• Create and deploy new virtual classrooms in LMS using advanced knowledge of virtual learning practices Schedules, produces, and communicates attendance analytics for Virtual Classrooms and webinars
