Job Title: Mainframe Senior Support Analyst
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: REMOTE, EST hours
Required Pay Scale: $58-$61 hr w2
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

- Goal - Production Stability. Business impact - Batch job scheduling/monitoring/Automated ServiceNow Incidents/Production Stability/Resolution delays. Accomplishments from work - Production Stability
Must Haves
- Shift: Mon – Wed 7:00 am – 7:15 PM, Thurs: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Or….will be flexible for M-F 7-4, 8-5, etc)
- CA ESP … this is NOT the same as CA 7
- Technical Mainframe knowledge, examples would include: TSO, SDSF, JES2, and MVS Commands, Z/OS 10, Z/VM, OS/390, JCL, CICS, ConnectD, etc
- Some sort of ticketing system experience, they use Service Now
- Experience monitoring Mainframe Consoles
Desired Skills
- Experience with MS Teams
- Instant Messenger (literally experience just managing IMs and responding timely fashion)
- AWS Phone call rotation
- Jabber – Soft phone
