Job Title: NICE Engineer
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Pennington, NJ / Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX
Required Pay Scale: $60-$65/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

- Have various resources on the team from engineers, ops support, and delivery leads.
- Partners with other teams in the environment as well
- NICE installation, support, maintance and upgrades
Must Haves / Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience
- Working on a call/contact center
- Nice platform suite
- Call recording/speech analytics
- Enterprise experience
- Jira & SQL
- Strong communication/soft skills
- Good tenure/no gaps
