Job Title: Financial Portfolio Operations Specialist - Budgets/Contracts
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Required Pay Scale: 50-52hr W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support a product-led organization by managing key operational functions across budgeting, planning, and governance. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has experience working with operating and capital budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholders, with a strong ability to organize work, track progress, and influence outcomes.
Project Details:
Support portfolio-level operations across budgeting, planning, and governance functions
Assist in managing operating and capital budgets, including tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, timelines, and resource needs
Support vendor and contract management processes, including tracking performance and deliverables
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial and operational policies
Develop reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making
Help drive continuous improvement across portfolio processes and delivery methodologies
Must Haves:
3–7 years of experience in operations, finance, project management, or portfolio support
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial tracking (operating or capital budgets)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery against deadlines
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions
Experience supporting audits, compliance, or governance-related activities
Desired Skills:
Experience with vendor or contract management
Exposure to capacity planning or resource allocation
Experience in a product-led or technology-driven organization
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
Experience working in PMO or portfolio operations environments
