Job Title: Process and Data Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202

This is a junior level role and we need minimum 1 year experience.
Job Description
The Process and Data Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of data, including gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data that the team deems necessary for process improvement, best practices development and implementation. Identify and communicate any data related issues/recommendations to the team, so they can quickly develop a resolution. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue to develop skills in key technical areas supporting analytics capabilities and mentor other process specialists.
- Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the business owner, assistant process change manager, senior process specialist and the team.
- Create management capabilities and processes that sustain continuous improvement.
- Ensure rollouts and best practices that support and align with Every Customer, Every Time, Full, Fresh and Friendly strategy.
- Develop and maintain store and department savings estimate model and database.
- Maintain store and department-level database.
- Perform selected/required key analysis as needed.
- Export and summarize data from corporate/division systems as needed.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of analytical experience or equivalent
- Creative and alert to new ways of approaching tasks
- Ability to collaborate with teams to get desired results.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient at multi-tasking with a high level of initiative
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft: Excel, PivotTables, Macros, Charts PowerPoint
- Knowledge of financial statements.
- Knowledge of data and financial information retrieval programs
- Ability to delve into new areas to perform diagnostics on areas of opportunity to affect change across the company.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively influence associates to achieve objectives.
- Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements, and summarizing observations.
DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Associate degree in related field or relevant experience
- Intermediate knowledge in R or Python
- Basic knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge of Oracle, Business Objects, Essbase, Power Bi, Power Automate, MDX, and information retrieval programs.
- Knowledge of Lean Tools and Methodology
- Knowledge of Store Operations
- Financial, Data, and Statistical Analysis
