Description

Job Title: Professional Recruiter

Duration: Contract 6-12 Months

Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days a week On-site)

Required Pay Scale: $30.59 - $35.59 pay rate per hour (W2 Only)

***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***

 

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented candidates for our production facilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Provide a consultative approach with managers to develop recruitment strategies to make effective hiring decisions in alignment with business goals and key initiatives.
 
What you will do:
 

  • Manages full life cycle of recruiting process: sourcing/candidate generation, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer presentation and closing candidates.
  • Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience including all communication, facilitating scheduling, and providing details for on-site tours.
  • Source candidates from social networking, employee referrals, and networking events and identifies potential candidates through multiple sources (job boards, employee referrals, leads, networking, online tools)
  • Create reports and lead recruitment meetings regarding recruitment activity, openings, hires, and key recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Manages workflow, data integrity and communication through ATS and other recruiting data sources.
  • May require limited travel for recruiting events or training purposes.

 
What you will need to have:
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work and/or military experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years Recruiting or Human Resources experience.

 
What would be great to have:
 

  • Production/light industrial recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build robust pipelines of candidates.
  • Ability to navigate and maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
