Job Title: Project Financial Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA
Required Pay Scale: $45-48/hr

Job Summary:
- Project:
- Payments Technology (Manage Operate and Invest Projects)
- Project financial management of forecasts, budgets, reporting and ATH resource management, Financial reconciliations and accurate resource alignment across various ecosystems
- Responsibilities:
- Provide resource and financial administration and coordination assistance for an IT project manager/team within defined work streams.
- Responsible for providing project analysis, tracking, reporting and assistance in project planning.
- Document project requirements and plans, monitor project budgets and schedules, and ensure IT standards are consistent.
- Maintain monthly financial outlook, analyze resource plans, develop forecasts, analyze variances, and deliver progress reports throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
- Organize and direct annual project budget planning activities.
- Verify project change controls, track costs, performance and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are on track.
- Prepares management reports summarizing resource utilization as well as how project plans are performing against critical schedules and budgets.
- Work related experience with demonstrated functional proficiency and understanding of project management methodologies.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3 years Project/Financial Analyst experience
- Budgeting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Build models, manipulate data, v-look ups and pivot tables
- Prioritization skills is a MUST. It is needed as the role is fast paced.
- Must understand and have practical experience with financial management; resource planning and forecasting
- Payments Space
- Financial Analysis/Reporting (Excel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Building out financial decks across projects/initiatives
- Proficient in using software packages such as MS Office, project management and scheduling tools and project financial tools.
- Knowledge of IT systems, terminology and processes as related to project administration.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Skills that are a plus:
- Masters in Business Administration
- Salesforce
- Banking/Financial Experience is a plus
