Required Skills
- 5-7+ years of experience
- Lead experience
- Hands on Manual Testing
- Onshore / Offshore coordination
- Strong communication skills + Aggressive personality
• Quick learner and self- starter requiring minimal supervision
• Deep understanding of software development and QA process (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting)
• Familiarity with modern development approaches (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
• Ability to successfully deliver on testing projects of all sizes
• Prior experience implementing process improvements in support of testing or software development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mainframe and batch processing experience
Desired Skills
• Strong knowledge of tools such as ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, DataX
• Previous Bank of America Testing experience
