We are seeking multiple Sales Directors, Partnerships to support our growing company. These Sales Directors would lead one of our B2B sales in teams in home care, senior living, or subscriptions. Data drives our decisions: we build tools that give us unique, actional insights. We scrutinize consumer response rates, conversion, and economics at every level of the funnel to continuously boost ROI. The work of the Operations Analyst will have meaningful impact to the growth of our company.

Our Sales Director must have the following skilset:

  • Current Management of a B2B Inside Sales team (3 or more) in the Senior Living / Elder Care industry

As a Sales Director you will:


  • Build and lead a remote, inside sales team of B2B account executives (AEs)
  • Coach (AEs) regularly to maximize sales performance
  • Track and report on KPIs including individual/team sales performance of AEs, sales funnel performance, new revenue created, etc.
  • Do business development including networking, attending industry conferences, and hosting webinars to drive sales prospects into the funnel
  • Negotiate contracts with large prospective partners
  • Present updates on sales performance to company leadership on a regular basis
  • Be accountable to team quota; hold AEs accountable to their individual quotas
  • Be a subject matter expert for prospective and existing partners
  • Manage through ambiguity, work independently, and chart direction of initiatives


Our Ideal Sales Director will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience building and leading inside sales teams
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • High proficiency with Salesforce
  • Senior care industry experience preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High self-motivation and driven to continually exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
