Job Title: RTC Operational Support Engineer
Duration: 12-18 Months
Location: Charlotte, NC - Jacksonville, FL - Richmond, VA
Required Pay Scale: $65-70

Job Summary:
-Webcasting Events Operational Support Engineer supporting a global, cross-functional, multi-platform collaboration and webcasting environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting webcasting and live events application(s) in a production environment.
-3 - 5 years experience with cross-platform interoperability in IP Telephony, Multi-Vendor Softphones and Cloud Connectivity to various Web Casting platform services (i.e. ON24, Veracast, OpenExchange)
-Looking for more of an RTC (Real Time Communications) Engineer who has Operations side experience. This person is responsible for operational break/fix and BAU type work. Need a strong troubleshooter to help operationally support various RTC products such as telephony voice, cloud based webcasting, and video over web.
-Must have experience with Cloud based video, delivery of video to desktops, web RTC, RTC for video
-Server admin respons- windows, vmware, any hosting solutions (on prem server adm/patching)
