Security Engineer (WAF delivery space)
W2 Only
Need to be local to Short Hills/Berkeley Heights, NJ - hybrid onsite 3 days a week – this is a HARD REQUIREMENT

Tech requirements: very skilled within WAF delivery space (web application firewall) – a protection service
they are predominantly an F5 ASM shop however don’t search for F5, it’s a company. What to search for is ASM (application security manager)
Looking for a WAF engineer adept with ASM
open to any WAF and ASM vendors – these are transferrable skills and Ben will train this person starting out
This person will help with operational build and delivery, ensuring what they build meets requirements and policies

Skills / experience that are a Plus
F5 ASM, however he is open to other ASM’s! But they use F5 so already having that familiarity is a bonus

Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of cyber threats as related to Internet facing web application
- Complete understanding of reverse proxy functionality
- Understanding and respect for managing and maintaining production operational systems
- Experience using scripting or automation to reduce team workload on repetitive tasks
- 3+ years related IT and cyber protection experience desired
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- CISSP or other professional cyber certification desirable
- Expert knowledge of and experience with maintaining cyber technologies that can protect operational web application systems, such as:
- F5 BigIP Application Security Manager
- F5 Local Traffic Manager
- F5 SilverLine WAF & Denial of Service(DDOS) Scrubbing systems
- Radware
