Job Title: Senior Application Support **NO C2C**
Duration: 12+ month contract
Location: Addison, TX or Atlanta, GA
Required Pay Scale: $62-$64
Job Summary: Ongoing work within Global Human Resources within Employee Experience Technology
Project Details:
• BSM – Business Solutions Manager (Technical PM with no underlying team – preferable a PM who was a developer)
• Not handling formal project/s – they handle primarily what we can the Business as Usual (BAU) work
• Handles/is responsible for multiple applications – they support updates to the infrastructure or vendor product that make up those applications
1. Typically vendor product hosted in the bank or outside the bank by the vendor directly
2. Sometimes it will be inhouse developed application – but these are rarer
3. Coordinate with business, infrastructure, PROD Support and the vendor on things like
• Keep track of application security gaps and work with the vendor to get them remediated/applied/updated in the Bank of America
•Coordinate with the network team or the security team where needed
• Won't be handling projects – they do NOT handle any significant paperwork.
1. Most of their work is going to be talking to different teams and raising the appropriate intake/action requests.
