Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Duration: 12 - 18 months
Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / New York, NY / Jersey City, NJ
Required Pay Scale: $50 - $55/hr W2

Job Summary:
Project Details:
- Participate in technical discussions with senior technologists across the firm to influence technical decisions and outcomes
- Responsible to drive technical analysis and generate data points using large and complex data sets with minimal supervision in support of prevailing design patterns
- Evaluate complex trade-offs for competing technical and business drivers and constraints to deliver an optimal solution in support of efficient and timely program execution
- Manage processes, improve methods and procedures. Locate and define new process improvement and automation opportunities and work with development partners to implement. Develop standards
Must Haves
- 6+ years of experience
- SQL* writing sql queries
- Financial domain knowledge is a MUST*
- SDLC role - knowledge of agile processes
- Knowledge of Horizon/Jira, SharePoint, CI/CD, Visio, SQL writing, Jenkins, Bitbucket -- being in proficient in at least one of these tools/technologies
- Looking for heavy data background - data processing, data modeling etc.
- Requirements gathering into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios
Desired Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Visio
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
