Title: Senior Data Analyst (Contract)
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: 8 Months
Rate: $40–45/hr on W2
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between data and business strategy. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with stakeholders, build scalable data solutions, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Write and optimize Snowflake queries for data analysis and reporting
- Develop automated data workflows using Python
- Design and develop dashboards, metrics, and visualizations
- Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently
- Ensure adherence to data quality, lineage, and governance standards
- Deliver insights that support business strategy and outcomes
Required Skills
- Data assets, Validation, SQL and Python, Building Reports
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Spark
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services
