Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Required Pay Scale: PR 80- 83
Job Summary:
Project Details:
- They will be the MAIN Point of Contact for all their carriers (they have 8 now). They will be in charge of setting up meetings, sending updates, reports, and keeping on top of their “Status, (where they are in the process)”
- They will also work directly with the development team to keep them in line, meet dead lines, and share the carriers updates/issues etc.
- They have 3 API (Plan, Enrollment, EOI), they will have to be on top of which API their carrier is working on
Must Haves
- Experience working with clients/stakeholders directly
- Able to set up calls
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Can gather all necessary requirements
- Great at building relationships
- If they’ve supported or worked with any benefits/insurance clients, huge plus.
- Jira – their main tracking tool
- SmartSheet- this is another Project Manager tool they use, their carriers can access it to see where they are in the process “What’s the status”
- API- they need to understand/know how it works, the purpose, they DO NOT have to code
- Good Communication
- Good sense of Urgency
- Has lead development teams before
- Ability to multitask
Desired Skills
- Nice to Have: coming from an insurance, benefits, healthcare background or has worked with Insurance/Benefits companies before.
