Technical Support Analyst
 
Location: Jacksonville, FL | Onsite
Duration: 6 months + | Potential to convert to perm – ongoing project/position
Pay Rate: $28.75/hr W2
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
Our client is looking for a skilled deskside technician to support their end user computing needs.  This person will need to quickly resolve any issues that arise on a user’s machine, including hardware, drivers, or software. This person will handle troubleshooting of complex issues and help to image laptops and deploy/hook up new hire equipment (monitors, docks, etc.).
 
 
Requirements:
 

  • Experience supporting users in a business professional environment
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10 / MacOS support
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • Tier 2 or Tier 3 support experience
  • ServiceNow Ticketing System.
