Must Haves / Required Skills:
SCRUM MASTER
- 5 years + experience
- Technical background (not looking for anything specific – gave us example of a developer moving into SM role)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified. *Preferably* SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, CSM cert
- Kanban & Scrum Framework experience.
- Release planning (Program Increment)
- JIRA Query Language experience
- Scrum Masters - Must be SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified. Preferably SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master. I have no wiggle room on this requirement. We operate Agile @Scale within the bank. If the candidate is not familiar with that environment, it will be tough for us to place them into the project.
OR
PROJECT MANAGER / “DELIVERY LEAD”
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Scrum Master Certification (SCM) or SAFe Agilest (SA) -Optional
- Change management background is *ideal*
- Jira
- Working in and understanding of an Agile environment
