June 10, 2025 – Matlen Silver is pleased to announce that Michele Beilman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has been named to this year’s Staffing Industry Analysts 40 Under 40 list. In this ninth annual list, SIA “spotlights the next generation of leaders already making their mark on the industry.”
Listed on the Staffing Industry Analysts 40-under-40 List a few short years ago, Michele Beilman was also recognized on SIA’s 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list and is a member of C200, an association of the world’s leading corporate and entrepreneurial businesswomen.
In 2024, Beilman was named CEO of Matlen Silver and has continued to propel the firm forward, achieving its highest recorded revenue and profitability while simultaneously launching several new brand programs and being named as preferred staffing supplier for industry-leading MSPs.
