Michele Bielman is a long-standing executive in Matlen Silver, rising through the ranks from recruiter to Senior Vice President for Regional Sales and Operations and eventually managing the daily operations and firm administration as COO. Named as the CEO of the organization in 2024, Michele steered Matlen Silver through shifting market conditions in her first full year, while launching new programs aimed at building the next generation of staffing leaders through IGNITE, and assisting Veterans in their career journeys through the Valiance Workforce Program.
