Job Summary:
Job Title: Angular Developer
Location: Pennington, New Jersey
Hybrid: (3 days onsite each week)
Compensation Range: $70 - $75/Hour W2
Job Description: As an Angular Developer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership, direction, and oversight to our development team. Leveraging your expertise in Angular development, you will drive the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering features while maintaining accountability for feature delivery. You will uphold enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality, while minimizing technical debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Develop solutions and processes for delivering features, utilizing your knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Design, develop, and deliver features, ensuring compliance with product acceptance criteria and minimizing technical debt.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison for production activities and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Mentor team members, guiding them in skills development and best engineering practices.
- Identify skill and role gaps within the team and work with the Technology Manager to address them.
- Collaborate with the Technology Manager to create resource contingency plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Angular Developer or similar role, with expertise in Angular development.
- Strong understanding of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
