Job Title: Certified Business Analyst with exp in healthcare domain
Duration: 1 year contract to hire
Location: Remote but must be in approved FTE states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Must work EST timeframe
Required Pay Scale: $50 - $55/hr
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
Must Haves:
- 5+ years
- Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, FEP, and DSNP experience
- Visual Design tools knowledge/skills
- Research/Analytical Minded
- Strong knowledge of data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition analysis, and/or financial ROI modeling
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Certification in business analysis or business process excellence (i.e. CBAP, IIBA, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM)
- Excellent consultative/communication/presentation skills
