Job Title: IT Project Manager
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Chicago, IL
Required Pay Scale: 60-65/HOUR ON W2

Job Summary:
Project Details:
- managing delivery activities for Finance Redesign across multiple delivery teams in Front Office and Finance Technology
- preparing for and leading program Working Group and Operating Committee
- looking after program financials
- ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management Standards.
Essential Skills:
- Project management experience in a Financial Services environment.
- Knowledge of Daily PNL Production process within a Global Markets Finance function.
- Understanding of Agile and Lean software development practices and associated tools.
- Ability to drive resolution of complex issues across multiple delivery teams.
- Appreciation of the importance of the whole project-lifecycle and business delivery.
- Drive changes in working practices to make delivery more efficient
Must Haves
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven global team interaction.
- Willingness to learn, adopt and advance team best-practices, procedures and qualitative standards.
- Willingness to own issues and chase them through to completion, communicating effectively and in a timely manner, throughout.
- Good team communication, with experiences in sharing and presenting new ideas and approaches with the team.
- Experience managing project/programme financials. • Knowledge of Bank technologies (Quartz/RemoteRisk/RRA/Zinc).
- Investment banking experience, with front or middle office team experience advantageous.
