Job Title: QA Test Lead
Duration: 12-18 months
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Required Pay Scale: $55-$60/hr - W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Treasury Forecasting Technology QA team is looking for a motivated and talented Test Lead who brings a testing mindset with a full focus on automated testing and can provide technical guidance to a small team of offshore QA testers for testing of specific application(s) in a highly automated env. Also, can design and create scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, Backend applications using automation tools such as TOSCA, UFT or Selenium.
Must Haves
- Strong test lead with large financial services company exposure
- Automation skills: Tosca, UFT or Selenium
- Strong ETL testing skills / SQL scripting skills
- Strong Python scripting skills and experience with PyTest automation framework
- Web/Desktop application testing experience
- Experience with API / web services testing
- Experience with QA deliverables tool set (Jira, SharePoint, Excel
- Working knowledge of Defect management process, Risk Framework and mitigation & Enterprise testing standards
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with onshore/offshore model
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT field
