Job Title: Remarketing Analyst (Administrative Arbitration Support)
Duration: 12 month contract with possibility to convert FTE
Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite ; 2 days remote)
Required Pay Scale: $20-22/hr
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
Project Details:
This is the arbitration administration team supporting the arbitration Team
Arbitration Team: interacts with dealers, giving estimates, offering, countering and negotiating with dealers
This Arbitration Administration team: work a shared/group mailbox, answer questions from dealers, they work about 10 different processes, they deal with whatever comes into the space, paying dealers, funneling things to others who manage the process, police of whatever comes into their process
Must Haves
- 1-2 years of auto experience in a remarketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office.
- Proficient in the use of the internet.
- Thorough understanding of inspection process.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to present to large groups and executive levels.
