Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Duration: 18 months
Location: Want local to the Pennington NJ area.
(Temporarily remote due to covid 19, expected Transition onsite Q3 2022)
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
●Need someone to assist with onboarding new applications in addition to supporting the current applications whether Java based or .NET based.
Such applications as Kafka, MemSQL and PingFederate for example.
●Looking for a technology generalist who understands front(UI), middle tier (tomcat and apache for ex) and backend (databases) for various applications
This team is responsible for supporting various applications (.net apps, new apps will include PingFederate, Kafka, MemSQL).
His team is responsible for End User support with these applications and making sure end users are getting the support they need with these various applications.
This person needs to look at the applications, review the application memory dumps, and overall understand the end to end flow of an application (front, middle, back). Must be able to review and understand logs for these applications.
Must be able to analyze the logs and work with development team to understand the logs better.
Must have server-side experience vs just desktop support
