Job Title: Product Owner
Duration: 12 Months C2H

- You will have 5+ Years as a Product Owner
- Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO, CSP)
- Prior experience with core banking applications, financial systems and/or digital delivery
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience [preferred]
- Experience in data warehousing/data mining/data analytics.
- Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
- Manages user stories for one or more products.
- Prioritizes backlog based on user value, time, and other dependencies
- Iteration planning and communication with overall program leadership and architects
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
- Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
- Lead team and/or client system demonstrations
- Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
Must Haves
- Looking for someone who is either a Product Owner in an Agile environment, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment - Agile is the top must have -wants them to step in ready to go and not train this person on Agile
- 5+ years of experience
- Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar
Desired Skills
- payment experience, general financial understanding, familiar with the concept of moving money and familiar with that data
- cloud experience
- someone more technical, with a background in infrastructure or security - general understanding of concepts, principles, they don't need certifications
- SAFe methodology experience
- data mining, data warehousing experience
