Job Title: Salesforce/nCino Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of converting to full time
Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite 3 days a week, 2 days remote)
Required Pay Scale: $65-$70/hr W2. NO C2C.
***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***
Project Details:
- Project: nCino Client Portal
- Work on enhancements associated with Commercial Loan Portal directly accessed by external clients for their loan origination needs
- Adding two key features:
- Online Loan Application
- E-Signature
- Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst with Salesforce/nCino experience who will be responsible for providing the highest level of business systems analysis design and support for interfacing business and computer application systems.
- Develop or modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs, cloud application capabilities operation time and form of desired results.
- Perform analysis and work at the highest level of most phases of systems analysis.
- Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex business processes, based on industry best practices and Truist’s IT objectives.
- Applies industry best practices to improve Truist's current processes.
Must Haves
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking Industry
- Loan originations
- Finance
- Banking
- Visio Skills
- Acts as the liaison amongst stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements using industry leading practices within the business analyst profession.
- Salesforce
- Business Analyst background
- Validations, workflows, etc.
- nCino / Salesforce platform experience
- Foundational concepts of the application and the functions contained within.
- Leads nCino / Salesforce.com solution design sessions and is able to drive out functional requirements and design.
- Develops recommendations to improve processes or techniques.
- Strong Agile Experience
- Hands-On Testing experience
- Collaborates with the test team to generate scenarios/test cases and test scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.
- Determines the overall requirements gathering strategy and plans the requirements phase of the project including the work division strategy among the project BAs.
