Locations: Austin, TX –(HYBRID in office and remote 3/2 split)
Contract to Hire

Must Have:

    • Looking for people with 1-2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience (No more than 2 years experience), technical, (agency or corporate), but must have strong skills, heavier on the recruiting side is what they need/are looking for
    • stakeholder management skills, hiring manager satisfaction, great at managing relationships, able to manage pipelines, etc.

Will work on:

  • 90% engineering roles
  • 8% product
  • 2% design
  • No marketing or HR, etc.

Currently they have a total of 170 reqs. They are splitting the volume in half for the coordinators (about 100+), 10 interviews a day, high volume! They are looking to grow out the recruiting team so that it will be 20 reqs per recruiter, currently it’s about 35-50.
