Job Title: UX Researcher/ Designer
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Charlotte NC, or Pennington NJ or Dallas TX
Required Pay Scale:70-75/HOUR ON w2

This team is the UX Enterprise for Bank of America. They do work in every vertical across the enterprise and have hands into 70-75 initiatives.
Internal facing applications/data heavy. No consumer applications.
50/50 design & research
Highly collaborative and cross-disciplinary team environment.
Must Haves
UX RESEARCHER + UX DESIGNER – Someone who can do both. Mature in both areas. 5-7 years.
5+ years of direct experience in a user experience design and research role.
Experience / proficiency with tools like UserZoom, Excel, Mural, Axure, Sketch, Invision, and alike.
Experience in designing for mobile applications, responsive web, and other digital interfaces.
Desired Skills
Formal UX education – bachelors, masters or PhD - huge plus.
Really targeting formal educations in human factors background. Masters/PHD is ideal along with the right tech exposure.
Bachelors or Masters in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, Usability Engineering, Experimental Psychology or related field, or equivalent education and related training / certification.
Financial or similar industry experience.
Experience / proficiency in experimental design, statistics and Section 508 / Accessibility training and certification will be considered a plus.
Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital interfaces. Experience designing native mobile applications is a plus.
Experience with user-centered design research methodologies and rapid ideation processes such as Lean XD, Design Sprints and Agile methodologies
